No pair leaves the workshop until it's ready. We start slow — choosing materials that earn their place, shaping each shoe by hand, and checking the fit before it's ever boxed. It's unhurried work, and it shows in the wear: shoes that soften to your step, hold their shape, and stay with you for years
Chosen for the Long Run
At the heart of every pair are materials chosen for how they feel, how they wear, and how well they age. We work them with a mix of old-hand technique and modern precision, so their natural character shows at every stage — from first cut to final finish
Less, Done Right
The best designs disappear on the foot. We keep the proportions honest and the details few, so nothing distracts and nothing dates — just a clean, easy shape you'll reach for on any day, with anything you own
Before You Buy
Most pairs do, and that's by design. The materials that make a shoe last start firm and give with wear, so expect the first few outings to feel stiffer than the tenth.
Yes, that's the point. Our soles are stitched rather than glued shut, so a cobbler can replace them when they wear down instead of you replacing the whole pair.
Keep it simple: wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth, air your shoes out between wears, and let them dry naturally if they get damp. Store them away from direct heat and sunlight, and condition or reproof the materials as the seasons change.
Shipping is free on every order over $75, with most orders arriving in two to five business days. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn pair in its original box.
Most of our pairs are built for long days on your feet, the difference is the occasion, not the comfort. For lots of walking, look to styles with a sturdier sole; for warmer days or dressier plans, the lighter pairs carry just as well.
